2. Services Provided
BetMediaSolution provides B2B live sports streaming technology and delivery infrastructure, including but not limited to:
- Access to live sports streams via embedded players and iframe solutions
- JSON and API-based stream listings and integrations
- Streaming delivery through shared or dedicated CDN infrastructure
- Technical onboarding, configuration support, and monitoring
- Trial access where explicitly agreed
Important: BetMediaSolution does not act as a broadcaster, content owner, or rights holder of sports content. We provide technology, delivery, and streaming infrastructure services only.
Specific service scope, traffic limits, pricing, and commercial conditions are agreed separately during onboarding or via written communication.
3. Eligibility & Client Responsibility
Our services are offered strictly on a B2B basis and are available only to:
- Registered businesses
- Authorized agents, operators, or partners
- Entities capable of entering binding commercial agreements
You acknowledge and agree that:
- You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of our services complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction
- BetMediaSolution does not provide legal, regulatory, or compliance advice
- We do not verify, monitor, or guarantee the legality of your end-use or business operations
4. Account Access & Security
Where access credentials, API keys, player configurations, or dashboards are provided:
- You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality
- Sharing, reselling, sublicensing, or exposing access without written approval is prohibited
- You are responsible for all activity performed using your credentials
Any unauthorized access, misuse, or credential leakage may result in immediate suspension.
5. Payments & Commercial Terms
- Pricing, billing cycles, traffic limits, and service plans are agreed separately
- Payments are typically processed via cryptocurrency unless otherwise stated
- Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly agreed in writing
- Failure to complete payment may result in service suspension or termination
- Reactivation after suspension may be subject to additional fees
BetMediaSolution reserves the right to revise pricing or service structures for future billing periods with prior notice.
6. Support & Service Availability
We provide:
- Technical support via Telegram, email, live chat, or other agreed channels
- Monitoring and issue response are provided on a best-effort basis.
- BetMediaSolution may modify, upgrade, or optimize platform components, including delivery methods, infrastructure, or features, to improve performance or reliability.
- Such changes will not materially reduce agreed service access without reasonable notice where possible.
- Redistribute, resell, mirror, or relay streams without authorization
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, or manipulate platform components
- Circumvent access controls, traffic limits, or security mechanisms
- Use the services for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful purposes
- Payment obligations are not met
- These Terms are breached
- Misuse, abuse, or unauthorized redistribution is detected
- Continued service presents operational or reputational risk
- Access is revoked
- No refunds are due unless agreed otherwise
- Reactivation is subject to review and additional fees
- BetMediaSolution shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- We are not responsible for losses arising from third-party failures, content interruptions, or external service providers
- Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the fees paid for the affected service during the relevant billing period.

No uptime guarantee, service-level agreement (SLA), or uninterrupted availability is implied unless explicitly agreed in writing.
