3. Eligibility
You must be a legally registered business or authorized agent of a bookmaker, betting exchange, or gaming operator to use our services.
By subscribing, you represent that:
- You are at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction.
- You have the authority to enter into binding agreements.
- Your operations comply with the applicable local laws and betting regulations.
4. Account & Access
Upon agreement and initial payment, we provide:

- CDN and stream configuration
- Admin or analytics access (if applicable)
You agree not to:
- Share or resell access
- Reverse-engineer or replicate our delivery methods
- Modify or obscure our stream source
5. Payments & Billing
- Accepted Payment Method: Cryptocurrency only (TRC20 – USDT)
- Minimum Lock-in: 3 months
- Base Pricing: Scalable pricing based on website traffic, usage, and platform size — tailored to fit your preferred budget
- Trial: 24-hour free trial available upon request
- Code Delivery: Within 48 hours of confirmed payment
- Renewal Grace Period: 3 days
- Late Renewals: $200 reactivation fee after grace period
- Alternative Payment Methods: PayPal or Skrill accepted from the 6th renewal month onwards for trusted clients
Invoices will be shared in USDT with wallet address and instructions. Clients are responsible for any transfer or network fees.

- You may upgrade plans mid-subscription based on increased traffic or mirror demands.

- Failure to upgrade upon notification may lead to limited access or throttled bandwidth.
8. Acceptable Use
You may not use our services:
- For illegal gambling operations
- To distribute or restream content outside your platform
- For scraping or content reproduction
- In violation of regional rights or licenses
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination without refund.
9. Intellectual Property
All content delivered through our services—including logos, stream designs, integrations, and proprietary tools—are protected by copyright and remain the intellectual property of BetMediaSolution or its licensors.
You may not reproduce, reuse, or redistribute the content without written permission.
10. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to terminate access if:
- You breach any term outlined here
- Payments are delayed beyond the grace period
- Misuse, tampering, or reselling of content is detected
Upon termination:
- Access to all streams is revoked immediately
- No prorated refunds are issued
- Reactivation is subject to review and additional fees
11. Limitation of Liability
BetMediaSolution is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of revenue due to stream interruptions
- Legal or compliance issues on your end
- External CDN or ISP failures
Our total liability under any circumstance will not exceed the amount paid for one month of service.
12. Dispute Resolution
We aim to resolve all client issues promptly. Any unresolved disputes will be handled through:
- Direct communication first (via provided support channels)
- If required, resolution under governing laws of the jurisdiction mutually agreed upon during onboarding
13. Modifications to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction agreed upon at the time of onboarding or invoice agreement.
